Return Policy for DOC Facilities Management

At DOC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Eligibility:

1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the shipment arrives at your facility.
2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for the following products due to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons:

• Opened or used boxes of cleaning chemicals
• Opened or used gloves (including nitrile, latex, or any other material)
• Opened or used personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks, face shields, and other safety gear
• Opened or used office supplies that are consumable or perishable, such as pens, markers, or paper products
• Any other product that has been specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at 502-409-0132 or by Email at support@docfacilitiesmgmt.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as needed.

Note: DOC Facilities Management reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. All decisions regarding returns are final.
